Checking & Contact Clinic

About this camp

Players will learn how to legally deliver and receive proper body checks, while working on body positioning, puck protection, battle techniques, and skills for protecting yourself from injury. For players already in 14U contact hockey, or those moving up from 12U, we aim to give players maximum confidence when stepping into contact hockey.
