Altitude Hockey is proud to partner with Utah Hockey Lab — Utah's most elite off-ice hockey development facility. Located at 7287 S Catalpa St, Midvale, UT.
UHL is an elite training facility for athletes - a hockey players dream. Equipped with synthetic shooting lanes, weight training, turf and agility area, and a Rapidshot machine with Rapidhands technology.
Altitude Hockey athletes have the option to train here 1 on 1 with a trainer, or drop in by themselves with a facility membership for the ultimate hockey workout.
Members get direct access to professional-grade equipment — the same tools used by professional hockey players — inside a state of the art 5,000 sq. ft. purpose-built facility.

WEIGHT + TURF AREA
Players can train hockey specific muscles and movements - with all state of the art weight lifting equipment.
RAPIDSHOT + SHOOTING LANES
Rapidshot and Rapidhands technology gives players intense shooting reps that measure your reaction time, speed, accuracy, and power - all digitally displayed in real time.
Combination workouts
Team/group training is available, as well as individual 1v1 sessions. This can be a gym workout or a shooting workout, or combined. Workouts typically last 1hr 15 minutes – 1hr 30 minutes.
